I am trying to write cfg to 5101 and I am getting the following message at left corner of usb jtag application : Dest must start at boundary of a block.

What target did you select?
What it says it that the place you are trying to program is not at the boundary of the a sector.
If not it will erase part of the block and your modem will be bricked.

I did selected the right target cfg, it did happen before to me but when I updated to new jtag software version it stopped doing, now is doing again.

This is not in software. It is in the xml for your target.

You need to show the problem first before I can decide if it is a problem or not.
IF you think one version works then copy the XML from that version will fix the "issue".
