Yes, I tried and I got it flashed. My problem was the usb to serial I was getting power from didn't have the right drivers. All I did was apply 3.3v to pin 2 of my test clip connected to the usb jtag and it worked perfectly.

I tried the ground deal still with no luck, glad you got yours working ;)

I didn't do any sperate ground on the board just whatever the testclip and usb jtag did.

It finally arrived;

Red prob that says TRST (R362) is the 3.3v
