i have this tm822 i could detected with any xml from 6120 to 6580
i could read it but when i do verify i get failed why?????? anybody

Arris could've customized that 822 to a particular region, ISP or service or maybe was a testing version however it's weird, can you share images of the PCB, your connections, output?
