windows 10 problem w/NT

having same issue as the tablet with win7, this is a loptop with windows10:confused:

i forgot to mention that i have a loptop with xp,,, i switch from win10 to xp
i could read the modem, but win10 i cant detect anything

Are you sure this is the same machine? If it is not the same machine, then saying switch from XP to Windows 10 does not make any sense.

it doesnt to me eather,,,
i see that the usbnt is connected because im getting activated
the other thing i though it was power but im getting 5v

and then when i change the jtgnt to my pc with xp works fine
i could read the flash from modem
what i have to see if the jtagnt its bad??

If it works perfect on your XP, then it is functional. The SPI is tricky. You should try regular JTAG (SB5100 or router) on your WIndows 10 to see if you get it detected.
