Is my SB6120 physically bricked?

Hey guys. In the process of making my ISP connection on the board, I think I removed some of the connection between circuit or something. Although I believe i've done a good job on the chip. I have a 3M clip which I've used before but the pin now are all bent so no more good connection. with this wiring now, i was able to unbrick it, but the problem is, when i boot the modem, all lights constantly flash rapidly with a ticking noise, and stops when the jtag (including ISP pin) is hooked up.
