I think I will add support mode in the software so no need to use vnc or logmein. A TCP connection to the client PC and I can see the result as well as accept my command.
For now logmein.com and install the software so I can control your PC. If you read this forum, a lot of people use this method to get support.

I think we need to use logme in and let me take a look. RCA modem does not support slow program mode yet. Maybe 0.21 will fix this problem.
As of 5100, the debrick should allow you get the flash type. I need to check your configuration. So please get ready with logmein.

USB Im starting this new thread to try out the debrick on .20 usb jtag. I have a 5100 that wont detect flash and a rca 315 also same way just dma supported. I tried the .20 put debrick on and did detect but same no flash detected. What should I do?
